In executing cross-border supply chain operations, we collect the following categories of

- Commercial Cargo Particulars: Commercial invoices, packing lists, HSN
(Harmonized System) classification codes, cargo weight/volume, country of origin, and
destination consignee details.
- Statutory Registration Identifiers: Importer-Exporter Codes (IEC), GSTIN
numbers, Authorised Dealer (AD) code certificates, and KYC credentials necessary for customs
clearance.
- Contact & Corporate Information: Names, corporate email addresses,
phone/WhatsApp contact numbers, company registration addresses, and warehouse dispatch
points.
- Technical Web Records: IP addresses, browser specifications, and rate
request logs collected to monitor site security and optimize load performance.

How Commercial Shipment Data is Utilized
Information provided to Logistics Hub is utilized solely for legitimate logistics execution:
- Securing shipping line container space, vessel bookings, and airline airway bill
allocations.
- Filing paperless electronic shipping bills and bills of entry with Indian Customs via the
ICEGATE EDI gateway.
- Transmitting automated milestone notifications, container milestone tracking alerts, and
Proof of Delivery (POD) updates.
- Invoicing freight charges, port tariffs, and customs disbursements in compliance with GST
statutory standards.

Overseas Freight Partner Assurance (Non-Disclosure Policy)
We maintain an ironclad, reciprocal non-disclosure commitment with all overseas freight
forwarders and network affiliates routing shipments through India:
Zero Solicitation Guarantee: Logistics Hub guarantees 100% protection of
partner shipper and consignee accounts. We treat overseas forwarders’ rate sheets, client
accounts, and route details as strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will our dispatch
desks solicit, bypass, or market to our partners’ customers.
The Company does not sell, rent, commercialize, or lease customer databases or trading manifests
to third-party telemarketers or external brokerages.

Mandatory Statutory & Border Agency Disclosures
Under Indian and international maritime regulations, the Company is legally required to disclose
cargo manifests, container seals, and consignee data to authorized regulatory entities,
including:
- Indian Customs (Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs - CBIC) & ICEGATE.
- Port Authorities (Chennai Port Trust, Ennore Port, Kamarajar Port, JNPT Mumbai).
- International Border Enforcement (e.g., US Customs and Border Protection for AMS/ISF, EU
EORI registries).
- Port Health Authorities (PHO), Plant Quarantine, and Drug Control departments for regulated
cargo.

unauthorized access or interception:
- TLS 1.3 Encryption: All web submissions and document uploads through our
portal are transmitted across high-grade TLS encrypted sessions.
- Access Controls: Physical and digital documentation is accessible
exclusively to verified customs documentation engineers and port dispatch personnel bound by
confidentiality contracts.
- Retention Standards: Statutory shipping files are retained for the
statutory 5-year duration mandated under the Customs Act, 1962, after which electronic
records are securely archived.
